The SEED to SUNFLOWER workshop will give you the tools to create a solid foundation and help you to avoid some of the common mistake business owners and entrepreneurs make at the beginning of their business journey. Whether you're at the 'idea' phase or well on your way, you'll gain great insight into the essential ingredients required to water, nourish & grow your business, giving you the best chance to flourish in a competitive world of savvy consumers.
We'll take you through the each point of a Business Start-Up Checklist helping you create a solid foundation for a successful and sustainable business.

- Do things in the most effective order to save time & money
- Define your Branding & Marketing strategies
- Build your audience & create effective ways to communicate with them
- Fill your sales funnel: who are you targeting?

- Goal setting & targets to achieve sustainability & longevity
- Developing systems & procedures to work smarter
We will cover the very early stages of business but we'll also work with you and your stage in business. There are questions to answer upon registration that will help me tailor the material to your level of experience.

Jo Schutt, Bloom Networking - My business fun began with the desire to share my Naturopathic knowledge & help families live a more holistic lifestyle -JellyfishConnection.com consisted of a self-made (joomla) website & a logo but soon grew into something very different & the need to 'let go' of my first baby became apparent.
From there I created the Peninsula Health & Wellbeing Expo. Now approaching its 5th year, this event is the largest event of its kind on the Mornington Peninsula, promoting over 100 businesses each year to the wider community & attracting 2000 visitors through the door - The Peninsula Health & Wellbeing Expo is now my way of promoting all areas of Naturally Inspired Living & helping businesses connect with their community.
Bloom Networking feeds my passion for helping women grow strong, sustainable businesses. Over the last 3 years Bloom Networking has grown from strength to strength, offering three levels of membership and three meetings across the Mornington Peninsula each month, with an active community of over 50 members
I know what it's like to have a Vision & not quite know how to make it come to life; I was there five years ago. The finely tuned and proven sales systems I teach my clients incorporate the tricks, tips, skills and mindsets required to connect with executive level decision makers across Australian, Asia Pacific, UK and US based organisations. They are just as relevant for large and mid-tiered organisations as they are for small businesses.
And it all starts with your “WHY”…… ‘Without the “why”, the “what” doesn’t matter’. It’s just as true in business as it is with life in general.

Cost: The workshop is only $299 (includes GST) for the day. If you would like to bring a friend or Business Partner they can attend for half price, making it only $448.50 for two (save approx. $150)
